Congratulations, and welcome to this "Savage" world! Depends on what shape yer noggin is, but I'm using a Shoei RJ-Air open face helmet and it's the mutt's nutts as far as I'm concerned. Got vents that work, light weight and very comfy. I know they work, too. That's the kind I was wearing when I recently introduced my head to the Ozarks rocks at a pretty good clip. Tore the crap out of the hat, but I didn't even have a headache.
